The West End Corridor Consortium was founded in 2013 in response to Assembly Bill AB86, which provided grant funds to regional collaboratives of community colleges, K-12 adult schools, and other public education/training providers. The consortia were charged with developing plans to address the needs of adult learners within the region, specifically, in the areas of Adult Basic and Secondary Education, English Language and Citizenship, Adults with Disabilities, Older Adults, K-12 Student School Success, and short-term Career and Technical Education.
Consortium membership consists of Chaffey College and the adult schools of the Chaffey Joint Union High School, Chino Valley Unified, Fontana Unified, and Upland Unified districts.
